By minimizing the effort of contraction of the hand, the speed and execution of each strike is improved due to a more relaxed arm.

Another advantage, the palms are provided with “pads” of cushioning which assist in the absorption of impact during intense training.

Ventilation holes placed on the palm and inside of the thumb provide thermal regulation suitable for long intense workouts.
